There's nothing quite like taking possession of your very own home, especially the first one. All the emotions, both excitement and worry, are too much to describe. Home ownership is hands down the very best way to build wealth (especially if you are young and just starting out on your professional journey). 


Often times, though, people do not qualify for traditional financing from banks & loan offices. It can also be very difficult to come up with the necessary down payment to even get started.

We Want to Offer that Same Kind of Help to Others

When my wife and I got married, we knew we wanted to jump into home ownership as soon as possible because of all the benefits that come with it. BUT, as newly weds, we struggled significantly to save money for our first down payment for a home. Life kept getting in the way. It wasn't until we found out that we were pregnant with our first child after just over a year of marriage that my in-laws stepped in and assisted us with a down payment for our first home. I cannot tell you how relieved I was to received that kind of help in preparing for our first kid.


We want to be the same kind of blessing to people who are legitimately trying to own their own home....but things just keep happening...life keeps getting in the way. At Benaiah Property Solutions, we have a specific financing plan (known as a Lease-to-Own plan) that will allow people the ability to afford a home without the heavy restrictions that banks require.


How's it different? Well...

1.  The down payment is SIGNIFICANTLY less (typically between $3k-4k)

2.  The terms and conditions are much more flexible

3.  The monthly required amount is typically less than what banks can offer (typically in the range of $750-850 per month on average)

4.  Allows homeowners to spend more of their money on customizing their home instead of sending so much each month towards the mortgage

5.  No filling out endless documents and submitting endless statements to brokers
